| Chelation describes a particular way that ions and molecules bind metal
ions.It's a chemical compound in the form of a heterocyclic ring, containing
a metal ion attached by coordinate bonds to at least two nonmetal ions. Cheating agent is a chemical compound that coordinates with a metal to form a chelate, often used to trap or remove heavy metal ions.eg EDTA ,amino acids etc. Due to process of chelation metal ion gets attach to chelating agent to form a stable compound. This nutrients in chelated form, helps quick & easy absorption there by giving better results then in normal compound form. For example absorption of Chelated Cu is better than absorption of copper from copper sulphate.
